1. Pricing Structure:

   • Photography charges are variable and depend on the following factors:

     • Number of trips and up-downs required.

     • Duration (number of days).

     • Seasonal demand (peak or off-peak season).

2. Additional Requests:

   • Any additional requests beyond the agreed-upon scope of work will incur extra charges. These will be communicated and approved by the client before implementation.

3. Advance Payment:

   • Bookings are considered tentative until an advance payment is made. Confirmation of the booking is subject to receipt of the advance payment.

4. Venue Camera Charges:

   • Any fees or deposits required by the venue for the use of photography equipment will be borne by the client. This must be arranged and paid directly by the client to the venue.

5. Venue Permissions:

   • The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions or approvals required for photography at the venue. This includes but is not limited to permits, licenses, or any other venue-specific requirements.

6. Taxes:

   • All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be added to the final invoice as per government regulations.

7. Time Extension:

   • If time limit is extended, Client needs to bear the additional time charges (Rs 500 - 1000, based on the season).

8. Complimentary Charges: 

   • Any complementary gift will be posted on the page, and will be used for showcasing the work. Client needs to ask for the ownership by paying the required charges.
